ScrollTax is a pre-launch project of BELROGAM SL (Spain). ScrollTax is in development and not yet available; this site is an early waitlist. This notice explains what we collect when you join and how we use it. It is written plainly and applies to everyone, including visitors in the United States and the EU.
Only what you give us on this page:
We do not collect payment details, and nothing is charged today. We do not read your actual screen time — the numbers on the page are ones you enter yourself.
To run the founding waitlist, to email you when ScrollTax opens, and to understand how much interest there is before we build. That's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising.
Legal basis (EU/GDPR): your consent, given when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
We use a few service providers strictly to operate the waitlist: Brevo (email delivery), Netlify (website hosting and form storage). They process the data on our behalf, not for their own purposes.
We use Meta Pixel to measure how people arrive at this page from our ads, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page — e.g. scroll depth and on-page interaction, so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Neither is used to identify you personally beyond standard analytics identifiers, and neither is used to sell you anything outside this page.
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we wind the project down — whichever comes first.
Our emails identify who they're from, include a working unsubscribe link, and a postal mailing address. We never use deceptive subject lines.
